I noticed something the last time I was in NYC. There was a very direct shift in the neighborhoods to provide gourmet coffee with tantalizing cafe names like Cafe Grumpy. I spend a lot of time in the city smiling at the honest goodness of a clever title. However, when we started to envision a coffee business, we wanted to evoke a somewhat different coffee vision that promoted our favorite lazy days. Maybe we are getting older, but it just seemed like the ideal situation to have our gourmet coffee be a soothing part of your day. We hope you agree.
